I love this quote by Eleanor Roosevelt.
It reminds me to live in the moment, enthusiastically and without fear.
Often, we find ourselves racing from task to task or crisis to crisis—Focused on where we’ve been and where we’re going, instead of being in the moment (where we are and what we’re doing currently).
It’s easy to become preoccupied, looking back at our “glory days” or prior mistakes.
We can also become so focused on future plans and desired outcomes, that we forget there is a present moment to be recognized, appreciated and experienced.
Living in the moment requires intention.
We have to decide to do it daily.
But living our lives mindfully—to the utmost, eagerly and without fear—is one of the best decisions we could make.
Enjoy the rest of your day! 😊
