I love to dance, and dancing a fun way to exercise and stay fit. It’s great to see so many people and organizations stepping up the challenge to dance today (and specifically to learn a hip hop routine posted by “So You Think You Can Dance” online).
National Dance Day is a wonderful way to generate national awareness for dance and also to promote health, fitness and fun!
Have fun and remember to turn on some music and get moving!
