It’s National Dance Day

DayoWilsonLanierpic3 copyIf you watch the television dance show, “So You think You Can Dance,” you know that they’ve declared today (Saturday, July 31st) National Dance Day!

I love to dance, and dancing a fun way to exercise and stay fit. It’s great to see so many people and organizations stepping up the challenge to dance today (and specifically to learn a hip hop routine posted by “So You Think You Can Dance” online).

National Dance Day is a wonderful way to generate national awareness for dance and also to promote health, fitness and fun!

Have fun and remember to turn on some music and get moving!

Take care and God bless,

Dayo Wilson Lanier, M.D.
